Convex Mirror
Is the mirror face shatterproof?
Yes, it is made of premium Polycarbonate (PC), which is impact-resistant and pops back to shape if dented.
Can they be used outdoors?
Yes. Our outdoor models feature anti-UV ABS backings and built-in protective rain hoods.
Does the package include wall brackets?
Yes, every mirror comes with a 360° adjustable heavy-duty bracket for wall or pole mounting.
Does the mirror backing degrade or crack under intense UV sunlight?
No. The back enclosure is injected with high-impact virgin ABS engineered plastics mixed with UV-inhibitors, guaranteeing that the back shell will not turn brittle or chalky under relentless desert or tropical sun exposure.
Can your convex mirrors be mounted to both walls and round poles?
Yes. We offer two distinct heavy-duty clamping kits: a Wall-Mount Bracket (screwed flat onto concrete) and a Pole-Mount U-Bolt Clamp (designed for standard 60mm or 76mm diameter traffic posts).
What sizes do you manufacture?
The diameter of indoor convex mirrors is generally 30–80 cm.
EK/PK outdoor mirrors: 30–100 cm.
KL outdoor mirrors: 30–120 cm.
Why does the mirror look blurry upon arrival?
It is covered with a protective film to prevent scratches during transit. Please peel it off after installation.
What is the viewing distance of these mirrors?
Depending on the size, the viewing distance ranges from 5 meters (30cm mirror) up to 30 meters (100cm mirror).
How do you guarantee the mirror faces won't get scratched during international transit?
Each mirror face is vacuum-sealed with an anti-scratch PE protective film, wrapped in a thick shock-absorbing bubble bag, and nested inside a reinforced 5-layer corrugated export carton with foam corner guards.
What is the thickness of your PC mirror face?
Our standard premium mirrors utilize a 0.8mm-1.0mm thick optical-grade Polycarbonate (PC) sheet. This thickness strikes the perfect balance between high reflex flexibility and structural rigidity.

What materials are your traffic cones made of?

How are the cones packed to prevent them from sticking together during shipping?
We apply a very light, non-greasy anti-static agent during stacking and separate batches with protective layers. This ensures they separate effortlessly when unboxed at your warehouse.
Can your traffic cones withstand freezing conditions down to -25ºC?
Yes. We incorporate specialized plasticizers and anti-cracking agents during material blending. Our cones retain full flexibility and will not shatter under sudden vehicle impact in sub-zero winter temperatures.
Can the black rubber base separate from the orange PVC cone body during rugged handling?
No. We utilize an advanced interlocking base design. The orange PVC body is injection-molded directly through the heavy black rubber base, fusing them mechanically into a single, inseparable unit that will not detach under heavy impacts.
Do they comply with international standards?
Yes, they meet MUTCD (US) and CE/EN13422 (Europe) requirements.
What is the expected outdoor lifespan of your traffic cones under continuous UV exposure?
Due to our high concentration of premium anti-UV stabilizers, our traffic cones maintain full color vibrancy and physical impact strength for 3 to 5 years of continuous, heavy-duty outdoor deployment in high-UV regions.
Can we customize the base weight or color?
Are your cones stackable for easy transport?
Do your traffic cones release a strong, toxic chemical odor during storage?
No. We use eco-friendly, REACH-compliant plasticizers and virgin PVC resins. Unlike cheap recycled cones that emit a heavy, toxic chemical smell, our cones are virtually odorless and safe for indoor warehousing and handling.

Should I choose Rubber or Plastic speed bumps?
What is the maximum load capacity?
Do they come with installation bolts?
Will the yellow color wear off over time?
No. For rubber humps, EPDM yellow rubber is molded in. For plastic humps, the color is mixed directly into the material.
Do they have night visibility?
Yes, they feature built-in reflective elements or cat-eyes to ensure high visibility at night.
How do your modular segments prevent shifting or separation over time?
Can they be linked to any custom length?
Yes, our modular interlocking design allows you to assemble them to any length required.
What prevents the yellow sections from wearing off due to constant tire friction?
Can these speed bumps be temporarily installed for seasonal events?
Yes. Our modular interlocking sections can be easily bolted down for temporary use and unscrewed later without destroying the asphalt. They can be stored and redeployed whenever needed.
Can your speed bumps accommodate underground cables or hoses?
Do you offer end-caps for your modular speed bump lines?
Yes, we manufacture matching half-circle end-caps for all of our speed hump profiles to protect the interlocking joints and prevent vehicle tires or pedestrians from tripping over exposed side profiles.

What is the difference between Class 2 and Class 3 safety vests? How do we determine which to import?
It depends on traffic speed and worker proximity to the road.
Class 2: Designed for environments where traffic speeds do not exceed 40 mph(65km/h). They require at least 775 sq. inches of background fabric and 201 sq. inches of reflective tape.
Class 3: Strictly required for high-risk, high-speed zones exceeding 40 mph (such as major highways or night construction). They require 1240 sq. inches of background fabric and 310 sq. inches of reflective tape, which must include reflective bands around the sleeves to create a full human silhouette profile.

What's your MOQ?
For basic style,our MOQ is 1,000 units per design.If you want to customize,it need to be negotiated.
What's your payment terms?
We support T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L), L/C at sight, Western Union. New clients can negotiate 50% deposit for first orders; long-term partners may apply for OA terms (30-60 days).
How do you ensure product quality? Do you accept third-party factory audits?
Certified under ISO 9001 quality management system, with ≥5% sampling inspection per batch. Support inspections by SGS, BV, etc. Factory video audits or on-site visits are available.
What's your lead time?
For samples, we will finish it within 7 days. For mass production order, our delivery time is 15-30 days.
Do you offer sample before bulk order?
Yes,sample is always provided to you to check our quality before you make bulk order.But we need to charge sample fee.It will be returned back to you if you make bulk order.
Which shipping methods do you support? How are freight costs calculated?
We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP terms:
Sea freight: Suitable for bulk orders, low cost, 20-45 days (e.g., to Europe);
Air freight: For urgent orders, 5-10 days, charged by weight/volume;
Under DDP, we handle customs clearance and door-to-door delivery to mitigate buyer logistics risks.
What’s your return policy for international orders?
For non-human-induced quality issues, returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 months (with intact packaging), freight covered by us. For remote areas, local repair networks can be arranged (e.g., Southeast Asia/Middle East after-sales warehouses).
